Savannah’s Southside is the place for suburban living where a short drive will get you to the best spots in Savannah. Downtown and the airport are both an easy 15 to 20 minutes away. Nearby I-95 and major thoroughfares make travel convenient throughout.

Savannah’s urban heartbeat pulses from the Southside. It is here that suburbs began to sprawl in the 1950s, and hundreds exist today within the Savannah real estate market. Chatham Area Transit, Savannah’s public bus system provides several routes daily for transportation throughout the area.
